For over a decade, the man behind Huephoria, Sam Willis, has been producing music in Ableton Live. With a distinct, futuristic, energetic sound, Huephoria is taking chances not yet made in EDM. From Salt Lake City and Boise, the northwest has birthed some of the sleekest, most dangerous originals and club tools, with Huephoria as their conduit.

ACUDETH was Willis’s first project, a more dubstep-focused alias that helped shape the producer he is today. With the debut album Synesthesia in late 2025, a new era began: a new remix every Thursday on SoundCloud since September 2026, originals on the second Friday of every month starting with Clearer Than Light on October 9, and a first official remix, Do You Want It? for Matt Hopper & The Roman Candles.

Live, Huephoria played the debut Breakaway Music Festival Utah in October 2026, on a lineup headlined by John Summit, Tiësto, Chris Lake and Kaskade, and plays regular late-night sets at Space Banana in downtown Boise. It is just the beginning for one of the most underground music visionaries in the northwest.
